Project 54 partnered with Vega Studio to refine its positioning as an AI-native growth consultancy serving energy and industrial sectors. Over a six-month engagement, we restructured its brand narrative, clarified ICP definition, redesigned website messaging, and aligned sales systems with quantified ROI messaging. The objective was to increase credibility with enterprise buyers and build a scalable acquisition framework.
