Project 54 · Operations and brand

For Project 54 we built the go-to-market of an AI-native agency, and the system runs without depending on its founder.

Nothing was documented and nothing could be delegated. We documented the processes for every employee, redesigned the operation as AI native and built brand and website from scratch, all aligned to the business goals. What was untransferable knowledge became a delegable asset. The agency went on to win Petrogas Libya and other clients.

NY Urban

Commercial real estate finance
US finance platform

For NY Urban we are rebuilding the digital layer of an institutional origination platform so the lending story is legible before the first call.

The platform originates alongside Voya Financial, Prudential, John Hancock and Russo Development across NY, NJ, CT and FL. At that scale the constraint is not lead volume, it is whether the institutional proposition reads clearly to the counterparty. That is the layer we are rebuilding. This describes the platform, not revenue generated by Vega Studio.

CityPooling
03

CityPooling · Mobility

For CityPooling we turned an app that burned cash without retaining users into a network where trips complete without the founders stepping in.

The problem was not marketing: it was focus, pricing and functionality. We redefined the value proposition, the revenue model and what the product had to do. The proof it worked is not a big number, it is that two passengers travelled on their own, with no founder pushing. Four trips in a day, fourteen in a week, and a company that stopped depending on its owners to operate.

Klimber
04

Klimber · Insurtech

For Klimber we built the commercial engine the company did not have, and today it sells across several countries without directors pushing every deal.

There was no commercial proposition: everything depended on directors pushing it one by one. We installed a defined identity, a commercial team with a designer on board, a new website and an outreach strategy running across multiple countries. They went from artisanal selling to a commercial function that exists on its own.

Clickexperts

White-label enterprise CRM
ICBC · OSDE

For Clickexperts we are the adoption and deliverability practice behind their enterprise accounts, under their brand.

Platform adoption, deliverability and retention consulting delivered white label in front of banking, healthcare and real estate accounts including ICBC, OSDE and Toribio Achaval. The end client experiences one team. We are the strategy layer inside it.

Mercado Ads

AdTech, via Edelman
LatAm regional

For Mercado Ads we aligned one B2B story across several Latin American markets at once.

Regional PR and B2B communications strategy for Mercado Libre's advertising network, delivered through Edelman. One message across many markets, without it fragmenting at every border.

Where an engagement was delivered through a partner or under another brand, it is labelled. Figures describe the scale of the platform or programme we worked inside, not revenue we claim to have generated.
